Is there an upfront payment?

Are you fully insured and DBS checked?

No upfront payment is required to submit an initial enquiry. Bookings are only finalised after our in-person meeting for new clients, or after your booking request is accepted for repeat clients. Payment is then requested in full to secure your booking in line with the published terms & conditions.

Yes, absolutely. Simply Purrfect is fully insured for pet sitting with Cliverton Insurance. This provides £3,000,000 public liability cover and £10,000 cover per single event for loss of keys & replacement locks. I hold a clean, up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.

What happens during the meet & greet?

I visit your home to meet your cat, learn their unique routine, collect keys securely, and confirm all care instructions before you depart. I'll make sure all the registration details are correct, and I'll ask you to sign to accept my terms & conditions.
