What if my plans change?

Are you fully insured and DBS checked?

I understand plans can change, and I want to be as flexible as I can for my clients. With the exception of Christmas & New Year bookings, to receive a refund of a deposit, cancellations should be made at least 7 days in advance of the sit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance but at least 48 hours in advance, can be rolled forward as credit to be used within 6 months. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the sit starting are non-refundable / non-transferable. Festive period bookings are non-refundable/transferable.

Yes, absolutely. Simply Purrfect is fully insured for pet sitting with Pet Business Insurance. This provides £5,000,000 public liability cover, £75,000 accident & injury to animals and £10,000 cover per single event for loss of keys & replacement locks. I hold a clean, up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.

What happens during the meet & greet?

I visit your home to meet your cat, learn their unique routine, collect keys securely, and confirm all care instructions before you depart. I'll make sure all the registration details are correct, and I'll ask you to sign to accept my terms & conditions.

Is there an upfront payment?

No upfront payment is required to submit an initial enquiry or to have a meet & greet. Bookings are only finalised after our in-person meeting for new clients, or after your booking request is accepted for repeat clients. A 50% deposit is then requested to secure your booking in line with the terms & conditions.
